Calling All Alumni — We Need Your Support!
Double your impact and help make the new Graduate Center at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture a reality
Cascade Wilhelm (MFA ‘10) and SFAI have partnered on an exciting initiative to help transform Herbst Pavilion at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture into SFAI’s future Graduate Center.
The Wilhelm Family Foundation, founded by Cascade’s grandfather Donald Wilhelm and under Cascade’s direction, has generously offered to provide a one-to-one match to alumni who make new donations of $1,000 or more to SFAI’s Making History Campaign.
The Foundation will match up to $35,000 in donations between now and March 2017, with the potential to
increase the match to $50,000!
Upon the opening of the Graduate Center at Fort Mason in July 2017, a beautiful, light-filled student studio space will be named in honor of every SFAI alum who shows their support and makes a donation.
This is a one-time-only opportunity for SFAI. Your participation is needed now more than ever!
Make your gift now by donating below or by calling us at 415-749-4504.

SFAI has an unprecedented opportunity to strengthen its service to student-artists and the community, and create a major cultural destination on San Francisco’s northern waterfront. SFAI will transform Herbst Pavilion at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture into a 67,000 square foot space devoted to the making and sharing of art. This exciting project will unite the two campuses and enhance connectivity between SFAI artists and the public.
Construction began in Summer 2016, with an opening date of Fall 2017. Get a first look at the project here.
