The Summer Institute comprises the following programs:
- Low-Residency MFA Program (Applications for Summer 2012 entry are currently being accepted on a space-available basis.)
- Summer Undergraduate Residency Program (Summer 2012 dates are June 18-August 10. Applications are due April 1.)
- Intensive courses and master classes
- Graduate Lecture Series
- Faculty-Led Programs that travel to international and domestic locations
- Art Criticism Conference, now in its 26th year
- Symposia
- Community programs such as PreCollege, the Young Artist Program, and Adult Continuing Education
