The more we practice, the faster and easier it is to relax ourselves. You may find that using this activity just once leads to positive results. Regular practice may help you relax even more. For these relaxation activities we recommend you find a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed. Turn off cell phones and other potentially disruptive items. Get comfortable – lie down or recline in a chair. The short relaxation activity takes 10 minutes. We recommend this when you need to unwind and then return to working or studying. The longer relaxation activity takes 20 minutes. We recommend this for deep relaxation and help falling asleep.
