The Office of Registration and Records maintains timely and accurate records of the academic progress of SFAI’s students and is responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of the Academic Policies as described in the Student Handbook.

The office provides substantive consultation and administrative support in matters pertaining to the curriculum, enrollment, academic programs, and transfer credit policy and practice. The office provides for the access and release of statistical and individually identifiable information to appropriate persons at SFAI and to federal and state accrediting and other organizations according to regulations that are subscribed to by accredited schools in higher education.

The office is guided by the policies and ethical standards of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers (AACRAO) and the American Council on Education.

Enrollment Verification

SFAI has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verifications. To contact the National Student Clearinghouse, visit their website.
