Low-Residency MFA Curriculum
The flexible schedule of the Low-Residency MFA program permits students to study with SFAI resident and visiting faculty for either three or four summers. Students in the three-year program enroll in 18 or 21 units per year for a total of 60 units.
Complementing the curriculum is the summer Graduate Lecture Series, required for all Low-Residency MFA students.
