Christina Linden
Visiting Faculty
History and Theory of Contemporary Art and Museum Studies

Christina Linden’s writing and curatorial endeavors take on a variety of subjects, approaches, and venues, with a recent focus on social practice, public space, the environment, and art in the Bay Area. She has commissioned new work and curated exhibitions and events in venues including commercial galleries, small non-profit art spaces, educational institutions, large museums, and public space in New York, Berlin, rural Thailand, and San Francisco. Published writing has appeared in ARTLIES, Art Practical, Daily Serving, Fillip, …mightbegood, Modern Painters, Paletten, Women and Performance: a journal of feminist theory, and numerous artists' books and exhibition catalogs.
