About the Student Exhibition
My grandfather passed away in the winter of 2011. My mother and I flew to Taiwan to see him. These images were taken in the immediate days before and after his funeral. They are my attempts to understand a family and a culture that I am afraid I will never be able to.
Participating Artists
Ting Huang is a documentary photographer who thinks the world, with its seven seas, is really quite a beautiful place.
