Coinciding with the opening of the Walter and McBean Galleries' exhibition Living in Studio Kuchar (March 8 – April 21, 2012), this event celebrates the life and work of independent film legend and longtime SFAI faculty member George Kuchar, who died in September 2011.

The campus-wide celebration will feature film screenings, lectures, and other activities with many of Kuchar’s former students, colleagues, and fans.
