Join John Taylor as he reads from and discusses his compelling new memoir In The Pleasure Groove: Love, Death, and Duran Duran. This event will be moderated by San Francisco-based critic Barry Walters, longtime contributor to Rolling Stone and Spin, and a Duran Duran fan since 1981, when he saw the band's first-ever Manhattan performance.

Guests are encouraged to order the book in advance through Book Passage. We will have have a limited amount of books available for sale at the event.

Additional information:

  • Seating will be first come, first served.
  • John Taylor will be signing only books at this event. While he is happy to sign multiple copies of In The Pleasure Groove, he will not be able to sign any other items or memorabilia.
  • There will be no posed photography allowed during this event. We will have a dedicated photographer taking photos during the signing portion. These photos will be posted on Duran Duran's Facebook page for download, tagging, sharing, and viewing.
