Two weeks in Buenos Aires inspired the conception of Memory Under Construction. During their trip to the political and creative center of Argentina, the artists examined the collaborative reactions of Argentine artists to the years of dictatorship under the military regime of the 1970s and ‘80s.

Exploring the interpersonal mechanisms that afflict personal agency and examining the hyper-sexuality engendered within American consumer culture, A Queery for Your Vastness delves into the concept of the body as a transparent container into which viewers may insert themselves.

Does the body end at the skin? What is at stake when one disrobes him/herself? What does an individual's embarrassment reveal about us? The works on display will attempt to address these questions.
