Rebecca Goldfarb

Goldfarb’s conceptual work explores consciousness and meaning in a range of media that includes sculpture, drawing, installation and photography. Her projects linger, sometimes humorously, and often include the mechanics of language and perception as ways to investigate the acts of seeing and thinking.

My studio practice involves swinging my golf club in front of my stove. I have plans for a more sophisticated studio practice area in the future. My research has involved telepathic relationships with a large number of deer at Hiddenbrook Golf Club as well as five or six jack rabbits who have shown an interest in my work.
