Izidora Leber is a Croatian-born artist living and working in Oakland / San Francisco. She is primarily a video maker that focusses on video installation and video essay. As a writer, research plays a vital role in her practice - be it through the interview, cultural theory and art history. A critical relationship between representation, cultural production as medium itself and the history thereof is central to her concerns of power, queerness, cultural identities and visual representation itself. Izidora Leber received her BFA at ZHdK in Zurich, Switzerland and her MFA at SFAI in 2017.
