academic resource center (arc)
The Academic Resource Center (ARC) serves students who seek to support their learning through tutoring and workshops. Our goal is to create independent, responsible, lifelong learners. ARC provides an environment where students enhance their study skills and take an active role in their education to meet academic and studio requirements for graduation.
ARC supports SFAI students through individual tutoring and by conducting study workshops using active learning strategies. Tutors also assist students in developing strategies for note-taking, reading, study practices, time management, and computer skills.
